Why this founder
The background.

Law and AI
Law degree from the University of Lisbon. Master of Laws in International Commercial and Technology Law at the University of Manchester. Executive education in AI at the University of Oxford. CIPP/E, CIPP/US, and AIGP certifications in European data protection, American data protection, and AI governance.
Why I built this
Why I built this.
I see the duplicate verification problem every day. Banks pay £8,000 for an enhanced due diligence report on a person already cleared by another bank six months earlier. The same waste happens to every employee who changes jobs. Right to work, training, qualifications, conduct attestations, all rebuilt from scratch. The data exists. It is locked in the previous employer's system.
AI now verifies compliance data at source in minutes. The rebuild model is obsolete. Compliance verification can be a collaboration where the employee owns the profile, the employer contributes verified evidence, and the work travels with the employee across every job.
That is what Thesmios is. Verify once. Trusted everywhere.
